EPLEXOR® 150 N |
The EPLEXOR® 150 N combines the dynamic mechanic thermal analysis with the dynamic material testing for the determination of the absolute values of the E modulus. The EPLEXOR® 150 N is available in two different designs:
- EPLEXOR® 150 N High End and
-
EPLEXOR® 150
N Basic
Further fields of application are:
-
DMA/DMTA/DMTS
-
Dynamic component testing
-
Durability tests
-
Analysis of the visco-elastic material properties
-
Dynamic fatigue testing
-
Relaxation and retardation
- creep testing –

Tests in liquids (optional)
-
Tests among UV light (optional)
-
Tests in humid atmosphere (optional)
-
Prediction of application properties
-
Materials research
-
Impact tests
The upgradable Automatic Sample Supply System (ASSS) with a sample dimension measurement station guarantees a best possible sample capacity during investigations in the entire temperature range of -150 °C to 500 °C (option).
CHARACTERISTICS:
The only DMTS system with two independent drives (only EPLEXOR® 150 N High End) for the static and dynamic load.
Contrary to the High End version the EPLEXOR® 150 N Basic system is equipped with one drive for the dynamic and static load and is therefore particularly inexpensive.
The EPLEXOR® 150 provides a bigger reserve of force compared to the EPLEXOR® 100 N. Dynamic drive up to 150 N.
Through the higher force range it is especially applicable for curable plastics, composites or elastomers.
