EPLEXOR® HT

The EPLEXOR® HT for high temperatures up to 1500 °C combines the dynamic mechanic thermal analysis with the dynamic material testing for the determination of the absolute values of the E modulus. The EPLEXOR® HT is available in two different designs
:
- EPLEXOR® 150 N HT (1000 °C or 1500 °C)
- EPLEXOR® 500 N HT (1000 °C or 1500 °C)

The upgradable Automatic Sample Supply System (ASSS) with a sample dimension measurement station guarantees a best possible sample capacity during investigations in the entire temperature range of -150 °C to 500 °C (option).
CHARACTERISTICS:
The only DMTS system with two independent drives for the static and dynamic load. The frame was especially developed for the absorption of high temperature oven up to 1000 °C or 1500 °C. Optionally, it exists the choice to measure in a double chamber operation in a low temperature range from -150 °C up to 500 °C.
The field of applications are glasses, ceramics, high temperature composites, metals for the high temperature range as well as polymers and elastomers in the low temperature range.
Thus, the EPLEXOR® HT is a real universal system.

- Time, temperature, superposition (mastercurves) - WLF, Arrhenius, numerical methods.
- Extensive software package (data and curve analysis), spline functions, 3D-plots and Cole-Cole diagrams.
